Due to significant success in the last 12 months we are expanding our Business Development Team.  We now have a further vacancy for a Projects & Partnerships Officer to join the team.

Projects & Partnerships Officer

The Community Foundation for Staffordshire and Shropshire is the leading independent grant-giving body in Staffordshire and Shropshire.  We award more than £2m each year to voluntary and community groups, registered charities and social enterprises across our area.  We are based in Stafford, with a satellite office in Telford, and are committed to supporting our local voluntary, community and social enterprise sector.

Within our Business Development Team there is a vacancy for a new Projects & Partnerships Officer.  This role will look after specific projects under our management, including research, delivery and securing funding for them.  Some projects managed by the Community Foundation include the Best Kept Village & Community Competition, Trust Transfer projects, and frontline projects supporting rough sleeping, digital exclusion and care leavers, amongst others.  As well as general administrative tasks, you will help to arrange events which support and promote our projects, create resources and manage relationships with our supporters and donors. You will be responsible for the direct delivery of some of our projects, and help to steer future projects and partnership work.  We are especially keen to hear from people with a proven track record in project management, project delivery or from under-represented communities.
